Ah, ok 😦 But if we will need some kind of workaround... I'm looking into the idea of moving funds to the platform and then to the next account. Do you think it is possible?

Hey @wintry salmon this is not a recommended flow -- connect is meant to be used to pay sellers and service providers when payments are made by end customers, not as money transmission between connected accounts.

Ahh, got it 😦 That is unfortunate... I had a couple of ideas, like to charge the Custom account, transfer funds to it, then reverse the transfer and send funds to another Custom account...

Also, I seen an API to charge the Custom account from the platform, so though we can transfer funds to another Custom account after that...

Yup, I'll ping the support, ty 🙂 Just in case, do you have any thoughts regarding the flows mentioned above?

I can't comment specifically on supportability of your fund flows without knowing more details that aren't appropriate to share here, so talking to support with that detailed description of your business is the way to go.
