@cloud river generally you go through the onboarding and enter the information at https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing#identity-and-address-verification- so it gets verified in test mode (i..e use 1/1/1901 as the date of birth, address_full_mach,Rio de Janeiro, BR as the address you enter, etc)

it's because of the industry you picked(medical devices)

that requires a review(as it says on https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/connect/accounts/acct_1JhtGe2erWftNrn3/activity) but because it's test mode that review won't happen

#

so the easiest solution is to just pick something else for your testing(I know your business/platform is in that area, yes; but for testing the fastest way to get unblocked is just pick some other industry)
