@cosmic laurel this feels like a better question for a support ticket than a one-off Discord thread, but if you have an example of a pi_xxx PaymentIntent ID where you see some delay in the webhook arriving I can take a look

@signal rivet thanks, PI is pi_3JgBplDH8k62wf0v0z30SIpZ our logs from Kiosk (the logs take ~15 seconds from start to finish):

are you sure it's that PI? there are no logs on our side for anything happening with that one with a reader, it was just created then cancelled 6 minutes later.

Yes, all the information was verified through our logs

We cancel the orders after 5-10 minutes automatically if we couldn't capture them

I see, well as I said, on my side I don't see anything indicating that PaymentIntent was used with a reader.
