My users are businesses who will be sending invoices
I want to create a mobile app where a user can sign up using a KYB process, and then begin sending invoices and collecting payments from their customers.
The payments will pool in a wallet I have in my app and the user can then deposit those funds into their bank account at anytime after the funds settles

There is a limit to how long you're allowed to hold funds in Stripe (https://stripe.com/docs/connect/manual-payouts). In most countries the limit is 90 days, but in the US it's up to 2 years.
