That request is to create an Account Link, not an Account. Can you confirm this is the creation request for the account you're asking about that still isn't showing up in the Dashboard? https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/req_XWggWMM0FCFeW4
going to https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_1JhHziREd7NWKfEg/test/dashboard works fine but if it doesn't show up in the list i've learned i can't create a capital offer for it

Ah, yeah, I see what you mean. You can access it by searching for the account ID in the Dashboard, or using a direct link (https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/connect/accounts/acct_1JhHziREd7NWKfEg) but it's not in the Connected accounts list.
Let me see if there's a known issue with that, hang on...
ultimately i just want to create a capital financing offer for it (which can only be done via the stripe capital dashboard and not the api) but i've noticed if it doesn't show up in the list, i cannot do so
I flagged internally. Let me investigate alternate ways to do the capital piece...
If you click on the ••• button in the top left (next to "Copy ID") you should be able to create a Capital Financing offer from this page: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/connect/accounts/acct_1JhHziREd7NWKfEg/activity
You can replace the account ID in that link to access other accounts as a workaround until the Dashboard list delay is fixed.
@faint vessel yeah i tried that (clicking the ... button -> create financing offer on the connected account page) but the create offer modal still requires selecting which connected account to create the offer for, unfortunately
