I was only able to find the payment intent id: pm_1JgvErKVuK3UFniVNAB3206I I don't know if that helps at all

I'm not seeing any Checkout Sessions created on your account at all - are you sure that you're working with Checkout Sessions?

No, i'm actually very unsure. I'm helping someone implement Stripe Tax on their wordpress page where they use a booking plugin with a stripe add-on. I'v been looking through the plugin code and found a create_checkout_session function and just assumed that it was being used for payments. I will try to find out if this function is actually being used

Okey, I see now that they also have a function for creating payment ids and are probably using that one. But is it possible to add Stripe tax to this?

Unfortunately no - Stripe Tax isn't available for plain old Payment Intents
