@outer mulch this Discord server is for developers asking questions about their code. You're asking for help gettign money back as an end customer. You should talk to them directly, and if they refuse you talk to your bank and dispute the charge.

Unfortunately that isn't really simple, I still don't understand your ask, who you are in the transaction, what you have access to. But again this Discord server is not a support channel for questions like this. If you have access to the Stripe account, please contact our support team: https://support.stripe.com/contact and if you don't please contact the business who charged your card or dispute the transaction with your bank
