Just to double check - did you create an account-specific webhook, or a connect-specific one?

Not sure what the difference is. Looks like it says Account under "Endpoint Type"

Ah, so that's probably your issue - When you create the webhook you should be selecting the connect type instead (see https://stripe.com/docs/connect/webhooks)
