No that's just not possible today
you'd have to 1/ clear up their balance. 2/ issue the invoice and finalize, 3/ bring back their balance to what it was. 4/ increment it when they pay that invoice.
It's definitely complex. You could just do a one-off charge, no invoice, just normal PaymentIntent
