Apologies for not being clear enough. I am trying to recoup money that was disputed on a connected account. I was told to do a transfer reversal to get back the charge and the £15 fee

yep, in that case you have the transfer id from the original charge that was disputed. It's the transfer property on the Charge!

note that if the connected account doesn't have a balance, they will go negative, and those funds will be held in reserve on your own balance https://support.stripe.com/questions/reserves-for-connect-platforms-and-connected-accounts

Thank you! If I use the original charges's transfer ID to get the full fund and use another transfer to get the penalty £15

definitely don't try to pull funds from an unrelated transfer to get your money back, this is a really bad approach. What happens when that transfer's charge is disputed too
