This has also happended in the past where the webhook same event invoice.upcoming for a different customer was not sent from stripe, I had to add the entries manually in our system. Can someone please help me with why this is happening as this affecting out system and customers, as their subscription is not able to get updated due to this.

Hi, I think the above event was successfully sent to the endpoint https://api.humantic.ai/stripe on Sep 06. Can you confirm that endpoint's server log?

It does not shows any webhook on sept 6th in logs

can you tell if the webhook Succeced or failed? Also if yes then what was the repsponse from api.humantic.ai?

Hey, I am sort of swamped this time. Yes the log on my end showed it received 200 status, which means successful delivered
