hello @heady crown ! At it's core, google pay is really just card payments, so it wouldn't help to switch to google pay.
Can you share maybe about 1 - 3 payment ids which were declined so that i can take a closer look? they'd look like pi_123 or ch_123
sorry, but can you paste the id here?
id?

okay sir
@cloud depot hi guy
hello, still looking!
okay sir
i read stripe docs and i see CUSTOMER COUNTRY is global, it doesn't really help with failed and blocked ?
@heady crown in general, there are a number of different reasons why the transactions failed. But most common reason is because those transactions were were declined as high risk. Generally, having your customers provide their CVC and postal/ZIP code when checking out can significantly decrease the number of potential bank declines. Collecting your customer’s name and billing address can also help to prevent declines.
Is there any way I can reduce my referrals being rejected?
you don't seem to be collecting the CVC and postal zip code for your user's card
Also, will a payment fee of just $2 affect the rejection?
that's difficult to say, the risk evaluation depends on a number of factors, it's not based on only the amount
providing more information on the Customer's card should help with reducing declines.
In addition, it is necessary to collect cvc or postal code
Here is my payment screen and the information I require from the customer
it's not necessary and it's not a guarantee that it would 100% reduce decline, but it should help. If you collect the CVC and postal/ZIP code, and the customer's name and billing address, and don't see a reduction in declines i'd suggest writing in to Stripe Support, they may have more suggestions on how to reduce declines
Can you give me an email or direct contact?
okay thank you much
