I recognize that it would have been optimal to perform all of our testing in test mode but we had two branches of our software and so needed to environments for payment processing. Certainly we should have created two strike accounts and use both in test mode but that didn't happen

Honestly the easiest way to bulk delete that I am seeing may be an API script
For charges and Invoices I am not finding much on deleting them. I would recommend reaching out to support to see if they can do anything https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

I know you can bulk delete customers through the Dashboard, but yeah I agree with @bitter beacon's general assessment - you'll probably want to reach out to support to see if they have any other suggestions
