So I was doing some testing with this and couldn't find a really clean way to do this. The only solution I can think of is to have two separate prices for the tiers and when you want the price to be 0. When the quantity is not 0, you'll have them using the tiered price you sent over. When they want the quantity to be 0 you'll update to another price that costs $0
