If you're sharing payments across three different entities, your only option is to use the percentage to calculate the amount yourself. Specifying a percentage to us is only available when you're splitting the cost between 2 entities

How do you calculate the percentage yourself? You would simply take the amount you charged, do the calculations, and then create each transfer to send the correct amount of funds to each entity. We go over the general flow here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers

I'm developing a large, mulitvendor art market where each new piece/product will have a unique price. Are you saying I'll need to create new code for each new product that's introduced into the system or is this something I would do within Stripe?
