I don't know what the wait time is on that vs an email though. We do try to get to them as quickly as we can
I tried emailing 5 times and my Stripe account is giving me a notice to close. I sent a verification of my renewal for my license but as for the actual card, I have waited months for the DMV to send it. So I'm at a loss on what to do. I also went on the contact page and there isn't an option to call or chat. It sent me here.
