I'd generally just message to the customer that you refunded the payment and it will appear in 5-10 days, if they don't see it and they complain, mention it might have been a reversal
if you know it's a reversal, then the money is released instantly yes as far as I know, but this sort of stuff is all down to the customer's specific bank at the end of the day
So do I understand it correctly that if I see a "reversal" on my Stripe dashboard, that should mean that the funds are released instantly in most cases, but in small number of cases there may be delays that are controlled by each specific bank?
