@steel reef you control the amount charged in your code so usually someone charged the wrong amount is due to your code sending the wrong amount
You can look at the request log associated with the charge creation directly in the Dashboard to see the parameters you sent
@covert turret I understand. But From what I am seeing the request is correct. So I am not sure where else I can look.

that's just a subscription update though
as far as I can tell you changed the customer subscription's Price, moved to a yearly price and disabled proration so it immediately charged the customer for the yearly price
I think I know what happened. We changed plans recently and this customer signed up to an old plan and when the trial ended he was still on the old plan.
