What error are you getting when you create the account in test mode?

Known test bank accounts cannot be used in live mode.

I am using the fake bank account number given in this link(https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing#creating-accounts)

In test mode you are getting the "cannot be used in live mode" error?

This is expected behavior. For Standard and only Standard, you need to use real bank account details in Test mode. The test strings we have are for Custom and Express connect.
