Just to confirm, it sounds like you're having issues with the Google Pay popup and not the Card element itself, right?
Google Pay shouldn't edit the Card input fields in any way
im not sure. the gpay dialog works fine, it could be either. i can upload a screen recording. it works different on desktop browser
Sure, that'd help.
Ah I see. Google's naming is so rough there. They use "Google Pay" for autofilling cards these days. Now I see what you mean.
ok, im gonna delete the recording from here now
i can give you a link and steps to reproduce if you need
Is there anything logged if you turn on debugging in the Developer options?
no, nothing for that. however we recently added the stripe.paymentRequest as well and that logs some errors (but still works). i know its not related cause i have another checkout that not on yet and it has the same broken <CardPayment>
also, im using the latest i beleive:
"@stripe/react-stripe-js": "^1.4.1",
"@stripe/stripe-js": "^1.17.1",
the errors i believe are unrelated (and happen on the page and nothing to do with <CardPayment> user events/autofill are
im not here for those though, just thought i would try to answer your question best i can
Are you the same person as https://stackoverflow.com/questions/69268028/stripejs-autofill-does-not-work-on-chrome-mobile-device-samsung-galaxy by chance?
yes
OK, cool. We filed an internal note with the team to investigate that issue. Have you written in to https://support.stripe.com/contact as well or did you come here to Discord first?

no, i came here first. should i just fill out the "Send an email" on the contact us popup?
Yeah go ahead and send an email along with the video if you don't mind. The team that handles Android and Google Pay errors will be able to track it internally and keep you updated on a fix.
It's going to take some digging by a Chrome/Android specialist with that specific device.
any particular topic on the contact support dropdown? API Integration?
nevermind, that link wont work for you cause your not logged in
If you can't login there's a link there to email without logging in, but yeah, you'd want to log in first
