This is most likely due to using a different Stripe account and your other account is allowed to bypass verification.

Looking like you nailed it. We have multiple accounts going live soon and looks as if I messed up configuration for this one.

Well you didn't mess it up... we control that configuration internally :). I see you have approval for skipping ACH bank verification so if you provide me the account IDs I can get your other accounts set up as well.

Can you also confirm that you aren't planning on using Connect?

Ids coming right up. No we're not using Connect for these, I think we do on some of our newer websites but no for now on these.
