there's no pivot, so it just means create a brand new Stripe account for them, that they'll provide all information for again (since we likely will need different information)

Does that mean they have to go through the whole Business Validation and such again - and are they even allowed to have 2 accounts with the same business information?

yes they have to, and yes they can have 2 accounts (or dozens) with the same info
