Yes I can see that. It does seem like that is because that amount on that charge is > ₲99,999,999

IDR currency is the only that accepts more than 99999999

PYG is a zero-decimal currency so the amount on that charge is larger https://stripe.com/docs/currencies#zero-decimal

Correct, the amount on the charge from that request was larger than the amount that we allow to be charged for PYG

So you can charge this currency it just has to be less than that maximum charge amount

I think here is my mistake, I am multiplying the value by 100, but i Can't do this because PYG is a zero decimal currency
