if i create auth capture , money will not deducted from card , but it locked, what happen if uses cancel and refund option ..?

user cannot do that, you will have to call stripe API to cancel the hold

you can capture the fund https://stripe.com/docs/payments/capture-later#capture-funds

Place a hold on a card

Separate authorization and capture to create a charge now, but capture funds later.

if you refund / cancel the hold before the fund is captured, there is no fee

#

but once it is captured, there will be stripe fee and stripe fee is non-refundable
