Thank you Alex. I'm thinking that we can just disable zip checks from the Dashboard. But is there any other way aside from this?
i don't think there's any way around this. We automatically determine the billing address based on the card number.
I'm not really a fan of disabling zip checks from the Dashboard since the entire idea of zip checks is for fraud prevention. But if you're doing it temporarily so that the user can make payment, it would be an easy and quick fix. Otherwise, perhaps the customer could use a different card instead?
if you're using Radar For Fraud Teams, there would be other options, but since that's a paid feature, i don't think it's worth paying for to allow one customer to pay
