Hello! It depends on your question - if you have questions about account setup/registration that's likely something you'll want to ask at https://support.stripe.com/contact, but feel free to ask here and I can try!
Thanks for the Thread ๐
Not actually, it's because the company that I'm trying to support wants to migrate from Pagar.me to Stripe, and we try "compete" in a good sense that Stripe is the best option ๐
The only think that I can't answer is about the anticipation of amount, or time delay for balance account using the Connect service. If anybody can help with will be good.
"anticipation of amount, or time delay for balance account using the Connect service" -> Can you rephrases this/go into a bit more detail about what you mean here?
In Pagar.me, the flow for them is like that:
Client process the payment with a credit card, after 30 days, the platform Pagar.me release this amount for the balance to payout to a bank. (for example).
Then, they have this option for charge a percentage fee for anticipate this amount if the user wants.
It's really hard to explain. but i will keep trying... lol
The external client goes to this app and pay 100 R$, if this happen today (09/21/21) the app only can have this at available balance at (10/21/21). like after 30 days only
I said that this is insane, and in Stripe we can have this balance in some couples days, not like a month ... is taht correct?
The number of days it takes for funds to be available really depends on the country - unfortunately, for Brazil it looks like we also take 30 days (https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#standard-payout-timing)
Wow, I didn't know about that :/ Okay I will try inform the owner of this project so, and see how they can manage this situation. But thanks though for all the time invested here ๐
Yeah, I was also surprised to see it was 30 days - but I believe that's the standard for Brazil
Hay man, thanks again ๐ค ๐ค , Looks like is the standard there for all the platforms. Thanks
