@ashen ether Sorry for the redirect. I'm surprised the team would send you here for help, they really should be helping you directly there since we don't really know the extension or maintain the code ourselves.
Overall I haven't heard of a similar issue before. I think your best option is to modify the code to add logs to try and track down why in some cases there are no logs
