@mighty leaf well remember the PaymentIntent and Charge might not be on your account at all.

you issue the card and some other merchant charges it, it's what Issuing is about, you are the 'bank'

that merchant might be on Stripe and have their own PIs and Charges(which you don't have access to), or they might be using entirely different payment processor to charge the card!

yes, one is acquiring side(PaymentIntents/Charges), the others are issuing side(Transaction/Cardholder)
