i'm sorry i expressed myself wrong

to create virtual card i need a cardholder

#

i have testing environment where i create few testing cardholders with virtual card each

and then i am attempting 1 test authorization for each card

but this seems to be an issue

seems like initially cardholders need verification

even in stripe testing mode

well no, you're right, we should document this or have test details you can submit to instantly verify the cardholder

this is all new to me as well though as I don't use Issuing much and there don't seem to be docs :/

you should let https://support.stripe.com/email know, it's a valid complaint and they can try to help and forward the feedback to the product team
