Hello! Promotion Codes can be used in the Customer Portal, but only under certain circumstances. Can you tell me more about your use case and expected behavior vs. what you're seeing instead?

Sure, I was hoping to allow a customer to apply a Promo Code, for a fixed amount discount, to one of their existing subscriptions. If I want to give the customer a free additional "unit" of their subscription, then they can Update Subscription > Update Quantity, increase the quantity by 1 and apply the Promo Code so that they essentially get another subscription for free. I suppose I expected to see a box to input the Promo Code right here in the Update Quantity menu, but there isn't one anywhere to be seen

As far as I'm aware Promotion Codes can only be used when switching to another Plan/Price, but let me confirm that...

Oh, actually, I was wrong. Looks like you can apply a promotion code when changing the quantity! Once you change the quantity you should see an Add promotion code link appear below the change details. You're not seeing that?

Are you sure you have a Promotion Code that applies to that situation?

Can you give me the ID of the Promotion Code you expect to use there? It should start with promo_.
