Absolutely. Pretty much every command has a 5-10 second delay. For example, updating the screen to show the current order breakdown: 5-10s. With the P400, it happens nearly instantly. Sending command for checkout. again, 5-10 seconds. After card swipe/dip/tap, beeps instantly, but then 5-10 seconds before anything else happens.

Hello! Are you using the Stripe Terminal JavaScript SDK inside a WKWebView by chance?

There's a known issue with WKWebView and the Terminal JS SDK. We're investigating it now, but don't have an ETA for a fix at this time. I'll bump the issue internally and let them know another person is reporting this.
