One other quick question. I did a live purchase and everything went through but I could not capture and process the order it stated "no gateway found" the order went through to my bank account but I can't process it for shipping. could that be due to the SSN no being verified?
The "no gateway found" error would be something coming from WooCommerce, so I'm not exactly sure what that means in terms of what's happening with Stripe. Again, that's something you'd have to clarify with them
