What kind of account are you trying to create with the same email? A standard account? express? custom?

Hmm... I thought you were able to create multiple standard connect accounts for the same email... Is the connect acount with the same email already connected to the platform?

Yes. I am able to create multiple accounts if I use my personal email id which doesn't have access to platform account. if I use my company email address which has access to the platform account, it doesnt work.
