1/ proration_behavior: always_invoice

2/ proration_behavior: none to disable Proration and not credit Customer Balance

3/ you'll have to handle this on your end, by disabling proration as in 2/ but recognizing "when" you've paid for that increase.
By default, Stripe would do this based on crediting/debiting Customer Balance. And even then there would be prorations cause you've used some days on Price $X but some days on Price $Y

4/ I don't understand 4/ , can you explain?
