@gilded elk yep that's pretty much it. There's maybe some other options, like keeping an eye on the CHANGELOG of the library you use(for example https://github.com/stripe/stripe-dotnet/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md) for major updates but subscribing to the digest is the main one.
I'm afraid that notifications on GitHub changelog could be too much to follow https://github.com/stripe/stripe-node/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md
I think that majors could be for now enough. So email stay informed that's pretty much it.
yeah for stripe-node the thing is the library is not bound to API versions since it works with all of them, so changes to it are more about additive changes or improvements to the library itself. Some other libraries like java/go/.net have their major X.y.y versions tied to API versions, so that can be useful if you use those versions, mentioned it for completeness but yeah, doesn't really apply in your case
So one thing more - I tried to subscribed to mailing list with updates https://stripe.com/docs/upgrades#stay-informed "Check your inbox to confirm your email address, and we’ll send you our next digest"
- I didn't receive confirmation with 3 different address (2 compan, 1 private) (spam checked, first one was to 20h+ ago, so confirmation should already be here 😉 )
