@idle bolt unfortunately there isn't a way to "simulate" an upcoming invoice for metered billing where you'd "fake report usage" today unfortunately

As for issuing an immediate invoice, it's the same as with a quantity, usually you change the billing cycle to reset the cycle to now and invoice for what was used already

do you happen to know if there's a way to get the current total usage for the current billing period? I'm only seeing https://stripe.com/docs/api/usage_records/subscription_item_summary_list which seems like I'd need to aggregate the usage manually?
