Hello! Shopify has their own custom Apple Pay integration that I don't believe requires you to upload a file.

Yes, I did enable apple pay, but it's not working as its shows an invalid payment method. I was told that I needed to verify the domain and comply with the Apple environment to accept payments successfully

You were told my whom? Can you link to the instructions you're following?

Stripe support

If you were building a Stripe integration you would need to do that, but you're using Shopify, and they have their own system.

I'm adding apple pay through stripe payment gateway in Shopify

Yep, you need to follow the Shopify instructions I linked above.

Ok I will check the instruction and let you know.. Thank you

These are the same I followed earlier to enable apple pay. But payments never succeeded, showing the same error—invalid shipping. When I contacted Shopify support, they referred me to stripe. When I checked with stripe support, they informed me that I have to configure apple pay through the stripe dashboard, which requires verifying the domain. That led me to the same problem where I need to upload the verification file using a predetermined URL which is impossible to do through Shopify

Sorry, I think Shopify support was mistaken. Shopify controls their own Apple Pay integration, so you need to talk to them for help with Apple Pay on Shopify. We can only help with Apple Pay using our own Apple Pay integration, which Shopify does not use.

There is another way to do the verification through API as per stripe documentation but no one able to guide me on this

#

Ok I will try to talk to Shopify again and see if they can help

Performing the Stripe Apple Pay domain validation steps is not possible when using Shopify, nor would it help you if it was as you're not using Stripe's Apple Pay integration.
