By Unsubscribe and subscribe again, which API do you call underneath? If you are cancelling and creating the Subscription again, you will end up with a completely new Subscription, which results in a new trial period

I only handle cancel and canceling events from webhook then update the status to DB, so he will get the trial days at the new Subscription right?
I thought the doc says about trial_period_days is only for the first checkout even reSubscription will not count

That docs is about trial_period_days provided in Subscription creation, vs the trial_period_days provided in Plan creation, and then the Plan is used for a Subscription Creation with trial_from_plan. I don't think it's anything related to unsubscribing and resubscribing.

That said, if you are calling Create Subscription API again, your customer will subscribe to a freshly new Subscription, which gives hime a full trial days again
