Let me know how it goes! I believe the issue is that when you request capabilities we lock you into an account (and if one isn't passed in we default to the platform's country)

You create a new account
Create an account link for the new account
Don't send me any link, just let me know that it's been created

Okay so I've narrowed down where they issue is by doing some testing with my own account - it looks like it only happens when you create an account and pass in individual[first_name] and individual[last_name]. Give me a bit more time to verify whether this is expected or not

This is a bug on our end - we're currently investigating the issue, but it may takes us some time. Let me know if you need to hop off/leave at any point!
