Hello! Typically if you're trying to buy something from a merchant using Stripe you would need to contact the merchant for help, not us directly.
Is that the situation, or is something else going on?
Do you know why it would say "a processing error has occured" ?
It's asking for euros but I'm from US, could that be why?
If you're seeing that on the merchant's site or app the merchant may have written code that displays that message for any number of reasons. It's impossible for us to say.
Have you reached out to the merchant for help?
