I looked into Vagaro, but they have their own merchant for payments and I would like to use Stripe. I am also looking into memberpress plugin,

Gotcha, so if you were integrating directly against us you'd need to create your own questionaire/form. The membership/payment aspect would be something you manage with Checkout (https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/checkout) or with Elements (https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/elements)

We don't have any specific live demos with WordPress, but we have a number of samples (you can find them all here https://github.com/stripe-samples) if you want to download one to see Stripe's general functionality
