I see, you are using billflow which is a plugin you are using.
- currently your account acct_1JThHgSEZOvPRYZj is an Indian account, it is required by the Indian regulatory that all the transaction needs to go through 3DS
- the current integration is using Subscription and payment intent, there is no way to disable 3DS if it is required
Is there any reason why you don't want 3DS? it protects you from fraud and give your liability shift

@soft haven you cannot opt out of 3DS unfortunately. You can read about it in more detail here : https://support.stripe.com/questions/3d-secure-authentication-for-international-card-payments-to-indian-businesses

There is no such thing as a 2D payment.
and Indian regulation requires your transaction to go through 3DS
this is not a payment gateway thing, it is by law and government rquirement

You can consider register a US entity and use that to open an account with payment processor like Stripe to process your payment.
US so far is the only few countries that do not require 3DS. but more and more country will require that
