You can assemble a link to their Dashboard like this: https://dashboard.stripe.com/b/<accountID>

There's no API for it, as they have full access to the normal Dashboard.

will this allow them to continue the onboarding process ? I.E setting up the company profile

Yep, it should.

Well, to clarify, it will work as long as they're past the point where their account is created and they can log in to it.
