I'm using an API
Now i'm testing with fixed parameters but I don't know Why is not working

I mean it isn't working cause you haven't specified all the details right?
you're passing address and capability etc but there are lots more details required, like Person information. Your screenshot already tells you the info you're missing
Also if you can, why not use Connect hosted onboarding? it handles all this for you rather than you collecting this info from your Connect account owner and then updating it via the API

Yes in my capture I see that I miss some values but I didn't found in the stripe documentation the path to write this missing prameters

yeah that is why I encourage not using API to update Custom accounts
and instead leverage Custom Hosted Onboarding
that collects the details for your user
and you can present the hosted page again to collect missing details like in this case

Thanks I'm using an API because I need the account just to make a link to pay to external providers with International bank accounts
So I can't pay them if they don't have a stripe account so I have to create them an account}
