hello! not sure I've heard of this before, can look to see. How was your client recording bandwidth usage?

I'm not sure it's an exact science. They supposedly turned off all devices on the network except for the P400 and watched it consume the data through their router software. I find it hard to believe a P400 could do this but they are claiming it's the culprit. They have a cap on their data usage, so they are concerned. We may ship them out a new device, just not sure if you guys had seen anything like this before.

I'm not seeing this be an issue and haven't heard of it personally either

My guess is that something else on their network might be eating up that bandwidth. Depends on how granular their router setting is and if it can really show the P400 is the one eating up their bandwidth and not something else. Maybe they should dig in deeper into what specific devices/IPs were eating up the bandwidth rather than just turning all other devices off (I think some routers give that info)
