@granite sleet hi! if you're using Direct Charges then I'd expect that the receipt usually should be branded using the connected account's settings.
Do you have a ch_xxx charge ID/pi_xxx PaymentIntent ID where you're seeing this behaviour so I can see exactly how you integrate?

ah this is not a Direct charge, it's Destination. Which yes, uses the platform branding for receipts

you use on_behalf_of (https://stripe.com/docs/connect/destination-charges#settlement-merchant) though which should allow the receipt to use the connected account branding, but it's been a longstanding piece of feedback that it doesn't unfortunately

luckily we are I believe rolling out a beta feature which finally fixes this so that using on_behalf_of can brand the receipt correctly. I'd suggest writing to https://support.stripe.com/email to request access(feel free to mention you were speaking to me)
