what webpage are you presenting in your webview? it needs to be over HTTPS if you're using livemode keys, it is a requirement to use Stripe.js

Oh I see, But the HTML is directly written in the webview, we do not call any distant URL to render the webview

you need to do the latter, your webpage needs to be served over HTTPS for Stripe.js to work
