Hey Glosur, could you please clarify if you are referring to the email field within the account object? Would just like to confirm as you referenced mail which is not a part of the account object.

Thank you for your patience while we dug into this. Based on what we are seeing, this is expected behavior.

It appears that you’re retrieving the a Connect account that is a live account, from a platform account that is in test mode. In this scenario we don’t return fields containing PII, such as the email address.
