sort of, you need to read about setting up Connect. With Standard accounts you want to use Direct charges, detailed here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/direct-charges#collecting-fees

Creating direct charges

With Connect, you can make charges directly on the connected account and take fees in the process.

note that you don't use percentages, you specify application fees that you collect

I have two businesses involved, business A is the one who has the product, and will sell in his website.

Business B, needs to get 75% or earnings

Business A is canadian, business B is US based.

Im working for both, but the company thats responsible to handle the stripe work is B

A has the product, and B solves the marketing and sales issues.

And thus it collects a fee for that.

No, just two

#

We need A to collect, send the receipt to the client, etc. And B to get 75% of what A is getting.

Do it need to have both accounts as standard connect accounts ?

Because as of right now, i have a main stripe account for A, and a standard connect account for B

For direct charges the connected account will be the one the customer is buying from and sees on their statement, and the platform would collect the fees

Exactly, so per each connect account i can have customized e receipts for each one with sepparate branding

#

We are already in the coding stage, we got here because we were getting some errors and wanted to check if we had a root concept issue
