Stripe connect especially custom connect, did support platform model like doordash and lyft.
where You create a platform account, onboard your driver as connected account.
You can charge your customer as platform and then transfer the money to your connected account (drivers)

Thank you for the response. When they create their connected account I’m assuming they choose individual. One of the requirements you guys ask for is business website. Since they are acting as individuals using our services, would they just put the website of our business instead?

Yes that is what we were confused about because it seems like they are treated as a business that would have a business website. But since they would be independently signing up to use our services to earn money, we were wondering if they should just use our website address then
One last thing, in order to facilitate the sign up process and the on boarding to stripe for the user, can we ask all the required information in our sign up process then have us automatically call some api to our database to fill in the info so their account is created

yes, for custom onboarding, you can collect the information and create custom connected account through API without using our hosted onboarding page
